About the role

CAC is seeking dynamic individuals for various positions as mentioned below who have sound knowledge of the requirements under the CRICOS, Skills First Funding and VSL for VET Sector Education.

Skills and experience

POSITION 1: ELICOS – Trainer and Assessor

  • Must have Certificate IV in TAE-Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Must have Graduate Certificate in TOESL
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including electronic mail
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with students from a variety of backgrounds and cultures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Proficient in Microsoft office such as MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

This is a casual role leading to part time/full time depending on student volume.

POSITION 2: AUTOMOTIVE – Trainer & Assessor

  • Certificate IV in TAE-Training and Assessment
  • Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
  • Diploma of Automotive Technology is preferred
  • Experienced working in automotive industry with light vehicles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including electronic mail
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with students from a variety of backgrounds and cultures
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office such as MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

This is a casual role leading to part time/full time depending on student volume.

POSITION 3: Administration officer (Domestic Student)

  • Administration officer with an experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work with Student Management Systems such as VETRACK and aXcelerate
  • Ability to deal with customer service, phone enquiries and a customer focus with a passion to assist students
  • A friendly and helpful nature
  • Ability to work effectively and consultatively in a teamwork environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including electronic mail
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Proficient in Microsoft office such as MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

This position is for a full time role.
