Trainer/Assessor (Business, Marketing & Automotive) + Training Coordinator

We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals with a strong commitment to providing quality training in a supportive and professional manner to the students for the following position and qualifications:

Position 1.

Training and Course Coordinator – International Students

Selected candidate:

  • will be actively involved in co-ordinating all the course, training and curriculum requirement for all qualification
  • will be actively working with administration to understand the need of the student and trainers to make the training environment better.
  • must have problem solving and conflict resolving skills.
  • will be able to liaise with student support to help the student achieve their goals.
  • will be able to handle all documentation and process requirements for student, trainer, location and classroom allocation within the timeline.

Candidate must have:

  • Experience in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector compliance.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
  • Excellent understanding of training packages, ASQA, SRTO 2015 and ESOS National Code.
  • Experience and knowledge of VET course delivery schedules, time tables, allocations and building client relationships.
  • Working with children and police check.

Position 2.

Trainer/Assessor – International Students

2.1 Business and Marketing

Qualification to be delivered:

  • Diploma and Advance Diploma of Leadership & Management
  • Diploma and Advance Diploma of Marketing and Communication

2.2 Automotive Trainer/Assessor

Qualification to be delivered:

  • Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
  • Diploma of Automotive Technology

Selected candidate:

  • will be actively involved in conducting training and assessments in a range of environments including classroom and workplace.
  • will work as a team player and will participate in unit unpacking, assessment validation and contextualisation process.
  • will participate in industry consultation process and PD Activites.
  • will work with the institute on Quality Management System.
  • will ensure all standards related to training and assessment are met at all times.

Candidate must have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
  • Working with children and police check.
  • An AQF equivalent or higher qualification for delivery.
  • Industry currency to support vocational experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of training packages, ASQA, SRTO 2015 and ESOS National Code.
  • Excellent knowledge of assessment validation and contextualisation process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.

Remuneration: Salary and rates will be in accordance to the current industry hourly standard which may range from $51,750 to $73,250 (plus superannuation) per year or in accordance with CAC policies

About the role

CAC is seeking a Computer Network professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of Computer Networking and System Engineering with the relevant qualification, experience and following duties and responsibilities.

Position 4: Computer Network and Systems Engineer

  • Analysing, developing, interpreting and evaluating complex system design and architecture specifications, data models and diagrams in the development, configuration, and integration of computer systems
  • Researching, analysing, evaluating and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance
  • Assessing and recommending improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software, communications, and operating systems
  • Providing specialist skills in supporting and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies
  • Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations
  • Providing network programming in support of specific business needs and requirements
  • Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and recording the diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements, and modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions
  • Monitoring network traffic, and activity, capacity, and usage to ensure the continued integrity and optimal network performance
