Admin Officer

Selected Candidate

  • Issuance of offer letter after complete receivable of all relevant documents against the application received and maintaining it in Student Management System and internal drive.
  • Letters to generate for international students as required.
  • Preparing reports and circulating to relevant department, sending emails to students, follow up and updating all the record in SMS.
  • Participating in scheduling, organizing, presenting and completing all actions for Student Orientation.
  • Must be enthusiastic to learn and use CAC’s Student Management System and Learners Management System including monitoring and maintenance of the student’s data in aXcelerate.
  • Handling all the events for CoE creation, variation, deferment and cancellation adhering with the ESOS Regulations Framework.
  • Extract various reports and fulfill the reporting requirements of PRISMS.

Candidate must have:

  • Experience in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector compliance.
  • At least two years’ relevant experience in a similar role
  • Must have minimum Diploma/Bachelor of Administration or an equivalent
  • Understanding of RTO, Knowledge of the VET sector, ESOS Standards (National Code), Knowledge of aXcelerate. 
  • Must have productive typing speed.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with a knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

      Digital Content Writer

      As our part time Content and Communications Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in marketing across our digital channels.

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Write, proof-read and edit content for a variety of formats including:
        • blog content, email copy, website copy, video scripts, social media posts
      • Coordinating campaigns and content on the website
      • Copywriting for content and editorial features
      • Planning and executing eDM and social media campaigns
      • Working in agile and efficient ways to design, build and maintain SEO strategies to improve our websites visibility in search.
      • Creating and delivering link building strategies.
      • Working with Digital Marketing Manager to deliver a consistent, on brand and high-performing user experience across our digital footprints.

        Automotive Trainer/Assessor

        About the role

        This is best suited for the personals who are enthusiastic and passionate about automotive industry and want to share their experiences to enhance upcoming students’ skill and knowledge through training.

        We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals with a strong commitment to providing quality training in a supportive and professional manner to the students for the position of Automotive Trainer/Assessor in the qualification of:

        • AUR30616 – Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
        • AUR40216 – Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
        • AUR50216 – Diploma of Automotive Technology

        Candidate must have:

        • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
        • Working with children and police check.
        • An AQF equivalent or higher qualification for delivery.
        • Automotive industry currency with work experience in the related field
        • Excellent communication and adequate documentation skills
        • Knowledge and adherence to various compliance requirements dictated by ASQA, SRTO 2015, Skills first quality charter, ESOS Act
        • Contribute to and achieve recognised KPIs

        Selection requirements:

            Computer Network Professional

            About the role

            CAC is seeking a Computer Network professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of Computer Networking and System Engineering with the relevant qualification, experience and following duties and responsibilities.

            Position 4: Computer Network and Systems Engineer

            • Analysing, developing, interpreting and evaluating complex system design and architecture specifications, data models and diagrams in the development, configuration, and integration of computer systems
            • Researching, analysing, evaluating and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance
            • Assessing and recommending improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software, communications, and operating systems
            • Providing specialist skills in supporting and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies
            • Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations
            • Providing network programming in support of specific business needs and requirements
            • Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and recording the diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements, and modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions
            • Monitoring network traffic, and activity, capacity, and usage to ensure the continued integrity and optimal network performance
