What we expect from every CAC agent

Students rely on the information you give them:

  • Give accurate information about courses, fees, refunds and entry requirements.
  • Never promise visa outcomes, jobs or migration results.
  • Treat a quote as indicative. The letter of offer and written agreement set the fees.
  • Under the ESOS Act, CAC cannot pay commission for students accepted after 31 March 2026 who transfer to CAC from another provider while in Australia.
