Academic requirements
International Students wanting to study at CAC – Central Australian College must have satisfactorily completed year 12 or equivalent or relevant and sufficient work experience.
English Language Requirement
In order to be eligible for admission to the Institute course, international students must satisfy their proficiency in English as per the following minimum requirements or equivalent

If an applicant cannot produce evidence of a satisfactory IELTS score, and there are doubts their English language skills being sufficient to cope in an academic environment, the applicant will be required to sit an IELTS test or to enrol in an English (ELICOS) course at for an appropriate duration until the applicant achieves the required IELTS score.
Age Requirement
All international students must be at least 18 years of age or above to study at CAC – Central Australian College.
Student Visa Requirements
According to the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) you must provide evidence that satisfies the assessment factors applicable to you to be granted a student visa. Assessment factors include your financial ability, English proficiency, likely compliance with the conditions of your visa and any other matters considered relevant to assessing your application”.

Students Currently In Australia
Prospective international students who are currently enrolled with another registered provider can apply for entry to a course at the Institute. However, if their application is successful, at the time of enrolment at the college they must have completed six months of their principal course of study with their previous registered provider. The college will not knowingly enrol a student who has not completed this requirement. This provision is in accordance with ESOS Act 2000 and National Code 2018
