Job description

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will bring a creative approach to developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on engaging audiences and delivering impactful results.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Marketing or a Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other trendy social platform
  • Creative thinking and Friendly personality
  • Good planner and adviser for the development of the organisation.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and under pressure.

Duties you will perform:

  • Planning and designing the advertising strategies that address specific business needs.
  • Provide guidance to executives and clients on marketing and advertising strategies, ensuring the effective promotion of products enhancing brand visibility and market presence.
  • Manage the production of comprehensive advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration across specialized functions such as design, copywriting, media planning, and video production, all within set timelines and budgets.
  • Integrate quantitative and qualitative research findings to identify costumer needs and demands. Keep suggesting the business for the new opportunities and threats.
  • Stay updated of the latest marketing technologies and trends, incorporating innovative approaches to capture consumer attention.
  • Conduct detailed market research to evaluate demand, identify opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape for new and existing products and services.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that encompass objectives, policies, and programs to support business growth and enhance market share.
  • Utilize statistical data and research findings to make informed recommendations on marketing approaches and consumer engagement.
  • Advise on key marketing elements, including product development, pricing strategies, advertising, promotional activities, sales techniques, and distribution networks.

An exciting opportunity awaits, for an experienced and dedicated VET Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a VET Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and education to students enrolled in various qualifications listed below.

We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals with a strong commitment to providing quality training in a supportive and professional manner to the students for the position of Automotive Trainer/Assessor in the qualification of:

AUR – Automotive Retail, Service and Repair Training Package – 1 Full

Time OR Equivalent Part Time/Casual

  • AUR30620 – Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • AUR40216 – Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
  • AUR50216 – Diploma of Automotive Technology

Academic Requirements:

  • Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • An AQF equivalent or higher qualification for Training and Assessment
  • Previous experience in training VET is desired with industry currency
  • Working with children and police check.
  • An AQF equivalent or higher qualification for delivery.
  • Automotive industry currency with work experience in the related field
  • Excellent communication and adequate documentation skills
  • Knowledge and adherence to various compliance requirements dictated by ASQA, SRTO 2015, Skills first quality charter, ESOS Act
  • Contribute to and achieve recognized KPIs
